Our client came to us looking to add an addition to their property. After discussing the project goals and aspirations we came to the conclusion that the type of addition needed was a detached ADU. This Mid-Century style ADU is a great way to add value to your property and it can serve many functions; A guest house for aging parents, The first step for a young adult to experience independence, or as a stable source of passive income if rented. With vaulted Ceiling and stacking doors to the exterior, the space of this ADU feels larger than the footprint of the building.
