Long Beach - Residential :Duplex + ADU

As Project Architect for Ultra Unit Architectural Studio, We converted this 1970 home into a true representation of a Craftsman home. Paying close attention to traditional finishes and details we were able to Celebrate the characteristics of Craftsmen architecture. Long Beach Zoning ordinances not only allow us to add a second rear unit to the property but with clever planning, we were able to phase out the project to also covert the 4 Car garage to an attached ADU. Providing our client with a stable passive income opportunity.
